Sufi is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users. We uphold strong community guidelines and take abuse reports seriously — especially in matters involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Users can report any content or user behavior that violates our policies directly through the in-app reporting system. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled promptly.
Sufi enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or activity involving CSAE. Such content will be removed immediately, and appropriate authorities will be notified. We actively monitor and respond to any violations.
Users have the ability to block others, control who can interact with them, and manage their privacy settings. Harmful or inappropriate content can be flagged and will be reviewed for violation of our standards.
Our moderation team regularly reviews flagged content and takes action against accounts that repeatedly violate the guidelines. Offenders may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
